About the Artist

Ayelen Baliva is a native of a small town in Argentina. In 2019, Ayelen began a new path by painting and drawing flowers. Connecting with the School of Botanical Art & Illustration at the Denver Botanic Gardens, she started her Certification to become a Botanical Artist. Since then, Ayelen has devoted every piece of her time to learning and improving her technique while learning about native plants from North America and Colorado. A world that intrigues her and is happy to call home.
