An artist, researcher and author, Devon Schiller holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in art history and painting from the Kansas City Art Institute and is an alum of the Studio Art Centers International in Florence, Italy. In his visual essays, Mr. Schiller examines the process of identity construction and gender resolution, the socio-cultural consequence of categorization and the ethical imperative in word choice.
