My roots are in storytelling as a Journalism student and author, and with this innate desire to "tell"- I hope my art speaks to viewers. I have played with watercolors and acrylic before landing in the fascinating world of yarn. As a sensory focused artist, yarn gives me a world of texture, size and color to lay onto canvas. Currently, I portray high desert and mountain scapes with a sci-fi, Western gothic flair. Big spaces with stories of the past and future.
