She creates murals, paintings, and collages, often choosing to depict animals to give them a voice they might not otherwise have. Her installations and mixed-media works have been showcased in exhibitions such as Artists’ Footprints at Denver's Biennial of the Americas, Detritus at the Houston Art League, and Ourubberous at the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art, where she used 10,000 discarded bike inner tubes to make a compelling environmental statement.
