About the Artist

After graduating from college in 1994 with a degree in feminine culture, I became employed at Navis Gallery in Kang Nam, a small town north of Seoul. While working at Navis Gallery, Junghwa was introduced to the art of Sukuen Park. One painting in particular caught my eye. The colors were bright and his skill was unique and very creative. Even though I wasn't an artist at this time, Sukuen Park's style left a lasting impression and I credit him with influencing my art today.
