Rodney Swanstrom

My inter-disciplinary art works center around the image and concept of a "SKYLIGHT". This takes me on a creative journey of exploring both physical and meta-physical ideas. I have taught elders in the retirement communities, as well as school kids centered around my skylight motif. I teach in all art mediums with a reoccuring idea in ones art , as well as using light as a medium in a class room workshop entitled, "Skylight Prisms". I also spealize in 3D canvases centered around my skylight motif and am inspired by colors of natures land and sky.
